目的 研究红芪多糖 (HPS)对不同病程糖尿病大鼠血脂的影响。方法 将Wistar大鼠 ,随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、依那普利对照组、红芪多糖大剂量组和红芪多糖小剂量组 ,动物均给正常饲料。对照组灌胃等剂量的生理盐水 ,每日 1次 ;依那普利组灌胃依那普利 7mg/kg ,每日 1次 ;红芪多糖大剂量组灌胃红芪多糖 15 0mg/kg ,红芪多糖小剂量组灌胃红芪多糖 5 0mg/kg ,每日 1次 ,各组连续 8周。各组分别在 2周、8周末次给药后禁食 12h ,平均分两批股动脉取血后 ,检测血糖、血清总胆固醇 (TC)、三酰甘油 (TG) ,高密度脂蛋白 (HDL -C) ,低密度脂蛋白 (LDL -C)。结果 与同期模型、依那普利对照组相比 ,红芪多糖大剂量组、红芪多糖小剂量组均能明显降低糖尿病大鼠血糖 ,能抑制TC、TG、LDL -C升高 ,抑制HDL -C降低。结论 HPS可能通过降低血糖和调节血脂代谢减轻糖尿病大鼠病情和延缓其并发症的出现。
Objective To study the effect of polysaccharides from red buckwheat (HPS) on blood lipids in diabetic rats with different course of disease. Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group, enalapril control group, red peony polysaccharide high-dose group, and red peony polysaccharide low-dose group. Animals were given normal feed. The control group was given an equal dose of normal saline by gavage once a day; the enalapril group was given enalapril 7 mg/kg by gavage once a day; the red peony polysaccharide high-dose group was given gavage of the red yeast polysaccharide 150 mg/kg. In the low-dose group of Radix Hedysari, the polysaccharide of Radix Hedysari was administered at 50 mg/kg once daily for 8 weeks. Each group was fasted for 12 hours after 2 weeks and 8 weeks of sub-dosing respectively. Blood samples were collected from two groups of femoral arteries and blood glucose, serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and high-density lipoprotein (HDL) were detected. -C) Low-density lipoprotein (LDL-C). Results Compared with the contemporaneous model and the enalapril control group, the high-dose H. erythropolysaccharide group and the H. erythrose polysaccharide low-dose group can significantly reduce blood glucose in diabetic rats, inhibit the elevation of TC, TG, and LDL-C and inhibit HDL. -C decreases. Conclusion HPS may reduce the occurrence of complications in diabetic rats by reducing blood glucose and regulating blood lipid metabolism.
