项目是一次性的工作,它应当在规定的时间内,在明确的目标和可利用资源的约束下,由专门组织起来的人员运用多种学科知识来完成。美国项目管理学会PMI(Project Management Instiute)对项目的定义是:将人力资源和非人力资源结合成一个短期组织,以达到一个特殊目的。项目管理的主要内容包括9个方面:范围管理、时间管理、费用管理、人力资源管理、质量管理、沟通管理、风险管理、采购管理、综合管理。现代项目管理所包含的9个内容,构成了美国项目管理协会PMI所指的项目管理
The project is a one-time work that should be accomplished by a variety of disciplinary expertise by those who are specifically organized within the time frame, with clear goals and resources available. Project Management Instiute (PMI) defines the project as a combination of human resources and non-human resources into a short-term organization for a specific purpose. The main contents of project management include nine aspects: scope management, time management, cost management, human resource management, quality management, communication management, risk management, procurement management, integrated management. The nine elements covered by modern project management form the project management of the PMI of the American Project Management Association
