本研究分别观察了NO_2染毒和LPG燃烧产物自然暴露对Wistar雄性成年大鼠肺脂质过氧化、肺胶原含量和尿HOP排泄的影响及其相互关系。结果发现7.52mg/m~3的NO_2对三者均有一定影响,染毒剂量不同大鼠尿HOP排泄也有相应的变化。尿HOP的变化早于肺胶原含量,且两者有一定的相关关系。LPG燃烧产物暴露期间,尿HOP含量一直高于对照组,但未见肺胶原含量的变化。8周时尿HOP与肺脂质过氧化物之间有显著的正相关关系。结果表明尿HOP可以比较灵敏地反映NO_2和LPG燃烧产物对肺的损伤及对肺胶原代谢的影响。
In this study, we observed the effects of NO 2 and natural exposure to LPG combustion on lung lipid peroxidation, lung collagen content and urinary HOP excretion in male Wistar rats and their correlation. The results showed that 7.52mg / m ~ 3 of NO_2 have certain impact on the three, different doses of rat urine HOP excretion also has a corresponding change. Urinary HOP changes earlier than lung collagen content, and the two have a certain correlation. Urine HOP levels were consistently higher in the LPG combustion products than in the control group, but no change in lung collagen content was observed. There was a significant positive correlation between urinary HOP and pulmonary lipid peroxidation at 8 weeks. The results showed that urinary HOP could reflect lung injury and lung collagen metabolism of NO 2 and LPG combustion products more sensitively.
