立式车床刀架一般只能旋转40~45°,个别只能旋转30°。当零件圆锥角大于刀架旋转极限角度的一倍对,加工就有困难。本刊1962年2月号宋振林同志介绍了解决这个问题的方法。笔者现提出补充意见,在零件圆锥角不太大时可以适用,而计算比较简便。如图1所示,一般立式车床水平丝杠(图中的2,传动拖板用)的螺距t_(拖板)与刀架5的轴向进给丝杠螺距t_(刀深)是相同的,即:t_(拖板)=t_(刀架)。
