目的了解甘肃省定西市安定区涂阳肺结核病的发病水平及流行特征,为科学制定下一个5年结核病防治规划提供依据。方法随机抽取7个乡(镇),应用Spss 17.0统计软件分析2011—2014年涂阳肺结核病患者的性别、年龄、职业、地区和时间分布等特征。结果 2011—2014年安定区涂阳肺结核病患者发病87例,年均发病率为16.77/10万,各年间发病率差异无统计学意义(χ2=6.35,P>0.05),男女之比为1.90∶1,差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.71,P<0.05),肺结核病发病高峰年龄为24岁及以上和65岁~两个年龄组,以农民发病为主、占85.06%,肺结核病发病率呈现年初、年末低、中间两季度相对较高的趋势。结论定西市安定区结核病疫情男性发病率显著高于女性,防治的重点应放在青壮年及老年人群及农民。
Objective To understand the prevalence and prevalence of smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis in Anding District, Dingxi City, Gansu Province, and to provide the basis for scientifically formulating a five-year tuberculosis prevention and control plan. Methods Seven townships (towns) were randomly selected and analyzed by using the Spss 17.0 statistical software to analyze the gender, age, occupation, region and time distribution of smear positive TB patients from 2011 to 2014. Results There were 87 cases of smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients in Anding area from 2011 to 2014, with an average annual incidence of 16.77 / 100 000. There was no significant difference in morbidity between years (χ2 = 6.35, P> 0.05). The ratio of male to female was 1.90 : 1, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 12.71, P <0.05). The peak age of tuberculosis onset was 24 years and over and 65 years old to two age groups, with the incidence of peasants accounting for 85.06% and the incidence of tuberculosis Rate showed the beginning of the year, low end of the year, the middle of the two quarters relatively high trend. Conclusions The morbidity rate of tuberculosis in Anding District of Dingxi City is significantly higher than that of women. The focus of prevention and treatment should be placed on young and old people and peasants.
