为了研究蔗糖在杧果花芽分化进程各阶段中的含量及作用,对正在进行花芽分化的杧果剪口叶、附近韧皮部及芽的蔗糖含量进行检测。结果表明:剪口叶和附近韧皮部内蔗糖含量于短截当日最高,分别为43.16、45.89μg/g,剪口芽于3月2日达到最高(47.92μg/g);叶片、韧皮部和剪口芽分别于3月12日、3月7日和2月25日降至最低,分别为38.47、38.27、38.94μg/g;各检测部位平均含量分别为40.72、41.34、42.93μg/g。剪口叶、附近韧皮部和剪口芽内蔗糖未向此时的生长中心(花芽分化的剪口芽)输送,无明确的库-源流向性,表明杧果花芽分化与蔗糖相关性不强,或碳水化合物的物质运输主要形式不是蔗糖。剪口芽芽眼中心颜色于2月20日出现蜡黄迹象,25日向芽体四周扩散;3月2—7日,芽体逐渐膨大,蜡黄色加深、芽眼呈半透明状;3月7日后绿色逐渐增加,半透明状消失。
