基于多指标正交试验的温拌橡胶沥青制备工艺优化

通过正交试验的方法,以抗车辙因子、劲度模量、劲度模量变化率、复数模量指数及回弹恢复系数作为评价指标,采用综合加权评分法处理数据,对温拌橡胶沥青制备工艺中胶粉掺量、温拌剂掺量、搅拌温度及搅拌时间等4个因素进行研究,以优化温拌橡胶沥青的制备工艺。试验结果表明:胶粉掺量对温拌橡胶沥青性能有显著影响,最佳制备工艺为胶粉掺量23%、温拌剂掺量3%、搅拌温度180℃、搅拌时间45min。优化后的制备工艺稳定可靠,可为温拌橡胶沥青混凝土路面设计提供参考。 Through orthogonal test, the rutting factor, stiffness modulus, stiffness modulus change rate, complex modulus index and springback recovery coefficient were used as evaluation indexes, and the data were processed by comprehensive weighted score method. The preparation process of rubber powder content, the amount of mixing agent, mixing temperature and mixing time were studied in four factors to optimize the preparation process of warm mix rubber asphalt. The results show that the content of rubber powder has a significant effect on the properties of warm mix rubber asphalt. The best preparation process is that the content of rubber powder is 23%, the content of warm agent is 3%, the stirring temperature is 180 ℃ and the stirring time is 45min. The optimized preparation process is stable and reliable, which can provide references for warm mix asphalt concrete pavement design.
