从80年代初,我们南方动力机械公司就把设备的检查评比作为保证设备完好的一个重要手段,一直坚持进行.并在国家抓设备管理评优检查活动中,两次被评为国家级优秀单位,促使我们的设备管理水平上了一个台阶,工厂获得了较好的经济效益.后来政府部门决定暂停设备评优,但我们在企业内部仍然坚持了检查和评比,对于形成激励机制和自我约束机制起到了良好作用.一、实践中逐步使检查评比体系化和规范化1.强化全员设备管理意识
