目的:观察在常规疗法基础上采用松龄血脉康胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗血脂异常患者颈动脉粥样硬化(CAS)的临床疗效。方法:将80例血脂异常合并CAS患者随机分为治疗组41例和对照组39例,2组患者均低脂饮食,予常规疗法治疗,对照组以阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,治疗组以松龄血脉康胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗。于治疗前和治疗6月后分别检测2组患者的血脂指标[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)]、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平和颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)。结果:治疗后,2组TC、TG、LDL-C、hs-CRP均较治疗前下降,HDL-C均较治疗前升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);除TG外,治疗组TC、LDL-C、hs-CRP、HDL-C水平与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组颈动脉IMT均较治疗前减少(P<0.05);治疗组IMT低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在常规疗法基础上应用松龄血脉康胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗血脂异常合并CAS患者能增强调脂效果,延缓、逆转CAS进展,增强斑块的稳定性。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Songlingximaikang capsule combined with atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of carotid atherosclerosis (CAS) in patients with dyslipidemia. Methods: Eighty patients with dyslipidemia and CAS were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 41) and control group (n = 39). The patients in both groups were given low-fat diet and treated with conventional therapy. The control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets. Songling Capsule combined with atorvastatin calcium treatment. The levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) were measured in two groups before treatment and after 6 months of treatment )], High-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and carotid intima-media thickness (IMT). Results: After treatment, TC, TG, LDL-C and hs-CRP in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment and HDL-C were higher than before treatment (all P <0.05) The levels of TC, LDL-C, hs-CRP and HDL-C in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group (P <0.05). The IMT of carotid artery decreased in both groups (P <0.05), and the IMT in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of Songlingximaikang capsule combined with atorvastatin calcium on the basis of routine therapy in the treatment of dyslipidemia patients with CAS can enhance the lipid-lowering effect, delay and reverse CAS progression, and enhance the stability of plaque.
