2009年湖北省石油和化工(简称“石化”)行业紧紧抓住国内“保增长、扩内需”政策带来的机遇,迅速扭转7生产下滑的势头,生产稳步回升,运行质量逐季好转,投资保持适度增长,产业结构有所优化,行业经受住了金融危机的考验,总体实力进一步增强。全年完成工业总产值1930亿元,同比增长15.2%;1～11月累计实现利润60.45亿元,同比增长74%;全年可完成税金140亿元,同比增长.44%以上。预计2010年全行业完成工业总产值2238亿元,增长16%,销售收入和利税增长15%,产销率力争97%以上。

The production and marketing rate will strive to reach above 97%.
