目的:建立HPLC测定胃康宁片中盐酸小檗碱含量的方法。方法:选用C18(4.6mm×150mm)色谱柱,0.03mol.L-1KH2PO4-乙腈-三乙胺(69∶30∶1)为流动相,检测波长为265nm,流速1.0mL.min-1,柱温为室温,进样量20μL。结果:盐酸小檗碱在15~75mg.L-1范围内线性关系良好,回归方程:A=1.456×105C-91 895.2,r=0.999 9(n=6)。结论:本法简便、快速、准确,适用于胃康宁片盐酸小檗碱含量的检测。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in Weikangning tablets by HPLC. METHODS: A C18 (4.6 mm×150 mm) column was used with 0.03 mol.L-1KH2PO4-acetonitrile-triethylamine (69:30:1) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 265 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1. The temperature was room temperature and the injection volume was 20 μL. RESULTS: The berberine hydrochloride had good linearity in the range of 15-75 mg.L-1. The regression equation was: A = 1.456 × 105C-91 895.2, r = 0.999 (n = 6). Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in Weikangning Tablets.
