目的调查某地区糖代谢异常人群患病率,并分析糖代谢异常的相关因素。方法设计同意表格,调查某社区内的40岁以上常住人口,统计糖代谢异常患病率,并分析糖代谢与年龄、性别、吸烟、饮酒、喝茶、收缩压、舒张压、血肌酐、尿素氮、甘油三酯、胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、γ谷氨酰转肽酶等,糖化血红蛋白等的关系。结果糖尿病患病率为15.11%,糖耐量异常(IGT)患病率为16.68%,空腹血糖受损(IFG)患病率为5.19%,糖代谢异常患病率为36.97%。糖代谢异常糖调节异常的危险因素为年龄组、收缩压、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯、谷丙转氨酶、γ谷氨酰转肽酶,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论合肥地区糖代谢异常发生率较高。增龄、收缩压、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯、谷丙转氨酶、γ谷氨酰转肽酶等是糖尿病的主要危险因素,提示:高血糖、高血压、高血脂、肝酶异常以及中、老年人群是社区干预的重点对象。
Objective To investigate the prevalence of abnormal glucose metabolism in a certain area and to analyze the related factors of abnormal glucose metabolism. Results The prevalence of diabetes mellitus was 15.11%, the prevalence of IGT was 16.68%, the prevalence of impaired fasting glucose (IFG) was 5.19%, and the prevalence of abnormal glucose metabolism was 36.97%. The risk factors of abnormal glucose metabolism abnormal glucose regulation were age group, systolic blood pressure, glycosylated hemoglobin, triglyceride, alanine aminotransferase, γ-glutamyl transpeptidase, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion The incidence of abnormal glucose metabolism in Hefei is high. Aging, systolic blood pressure, glycosylated hemoglobin, triglycerides, alanine aminotransferase, gamma glutamyl transpeptidase and other diabetes are the main risk factors, suggesting that: hyperglycemia, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, abnormal liver enzymes and middle-aged and elderly The crowd is the focus of community intervention.
