当前,学生中普遍存在着不适应感、焦虑感、压抑感等心理障碍,影响着学生的学习、生活、社交以及个人与集体的关系等。这种不健康的心理如果长期积累而得不到缓解,就可能产生心理疾病。笔者针对目前青少年学生中容易产生的心理问题,结合田径课堂教学中的一些活动优势,提出一些对策,采取有效措施,以加强青少年心理品质培养与预防,提高学生心理承受能力。
At present, students generally have psychological disorders such as discomfort, anxiety and depression, affecting students’ study, life, social relationships, and individual and collective relationships. This unhealthy psychology if long-term accumulation can not be alleviated, it may produce mental illness. Aiming at the psychological problems that are easily caused by the current young students, the author puts forward some countermeasures in light of the advantages of some activities in track and field teaching, and takes effective measures to enhance the psychological quality training and prevention for young people and improve their psychological endurance.
