我们以前的工作表明,烧伤早期心收缩性变化的同时心舒张性也在变化,并且分为3个期。静脉输注高渗乳酸钠溶液可改善心脏的收缩性,对舒张性作用仅有一些提示。本实验以左心室收缩-舒张谐调环(contraction—relaxation harmoniousness loop;CRHL)和-dLVP/dt_(max)为指标,研究烧伤早期补给高渗钠盐溶液对心脏舒张性的影响。CRHL基于左心室内压(LVP),它以dLVP/dt和dLVP~2/dt~2为量纲,从两维空间图(dLVP/dt-dLVP~2/dt~2 loop)角度,对心脏泵舒张、收缩活动进行分析。
Our previous work shows that cardiac relaxation is also changing at the same time as changes in cardiac contractility during early burns and is divided into three phases. Intravenous hypertonic sodium lactate solution can improve cardiac contractility, only some tips on the role of diastolic. In this study, we investigated the effects of hypertonic sodium salt solution on diastolic function in early stage of burn by using the indexes of contraction-relaxation harmoniousness loop (CRHL) and -dLVP / dt max (max). CRHL is based on the left ventricular pressure (LVP) and is based on the dLVP / dt and dLVP ~ 2 / dt ~ 2 dimensions. From the perspective of the 2D space map (dLVP / dt-dLVP ~ 2 / dt ~ 2 loop) Pump diastolic and contractile activities were analyzed.
