本研究测定了长期肥料定位试验不同处理小区0~100cm土层养分的含量.结果表明,长期施肥不仅影响耕层土壤养分含量,对底土养分的含量也有一定的影响.长期施用有机肥显著提高了20~40cm土层中各种养分的含量,40~100cm土层有机质、40~80cm土层全氮及40~100cm土层有效磷含量也明显增加.化肥氮在一定程度上提高了剖面各层有机质和碱解氮含量.磷肥对提高剖面各层有效磷含量有作用.同时化肥与有机肥配施在提高土壤剖面各层速效养分含量方面具有一定的正连应.
The results showed that long-term fertilization not only affected soil nutrient content in top soil, but also had some effect on nutrient content in bottom soil.The long-term application of organic manure significantly increased The content of various nutrients in 20 ~ 40cm soil layer, the organic matter in 40 ~ 100cm soil layer, the total available nitrogen in 40 ~ 80cm soil layer and the effective phosphorus content in 40 ~ 100cm soil layer also increased obviously.The fertilizer nitrogen increased the profile layers to a certain extent Organic matter and alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen.Phosphate fertilizer had an effect on increasing available P content in all layers of the profile, and there was a positive correlation between the application of chemical fertilizers and organic manures in increasing the available nutrient content of each layer in the soil profile.
