1992年,当杨本伦从国家人事部辞职回到山东省沂源县石桥乡东北庄村出任村党支部书记时,全国为之震动。去年,杨本伦远走他乡的消息,又让许多人叹息之余,感慨万千。有谁想到,几乎与杨本伦同时,另一位同样在北京工作的硕士研究生李兰蕴,从任职的北京总参谋部防化工程指挥学院,回到了养育他的故乡梁山县。就在四个月前,他也像杨本伦一样,正式出任梁山县馆里乡李阁村党支部书记。
