目的探讨良性前列腺增生(BPH)患者前列腺组织中mtDNA4977的改变。方法采用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)法对48例BPH患者和24例对照组前列腺组织进行mtDNA4977分析,并对BPH组临床资料进行分析。结果用PCR方法检测到mtDNA4977的BPH组23例,对照组5例,经统计学分析显示,BPH组mtDNA4977的发生率明显高于对照组。BPH组中mtDNA4977的发生与患者年龄、最大尿流率相关。结论BPH患者前列腺组织中mtDNA4977发生率增加,mtDNA4977的增龄性改变与BPH相关。
Objective To investigate the changes of mtDNA4977 in prostate tissue of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was performed on 48 cases of BPH patients and 24 cases of control group for mtDNA4977 analysis, and the clinical data of BPH group were analyzed. Results 23 cases of BPH group and 5 cases of control group were detected by PCR. The statistical analysis showed that the incidence of mtDNA4977 in BPH group was significantly higher than that in control group. The incidence of mtDNA4977 in the BPH group correlated with patient age and maximal uroflow rate. Conclusions The incidence of mtDNA4977 in BPH patients is increased, and the age-related changes of mtDNA4977 are correlated with BPH.
