多年来,通过深入农村牧区开展文化、科技信息帮扶工作,从所看到的及工作中遇到的问题,提出了基层文化事业发展的见解,特别是关系到农牧民读书看报,学科学,用科学等发展农牧业生产一些问题,以及与本地区经济发展相关的问题,提出了自己的一些观点。
