数控机床有着加工的便利和高效性,在加工设置初期最为关键的不是程序,而是准备工序中的坐标系。只有正确定义了坐标系,才能保证加工的顺利进行。在教学当中我们往往忽略了一个问题——坐标系之间的联系。每本教材的概念都不统一,学生在实际生产中也总是混淆不清,无法正确归纳各坐标系的作用。因此我做了关于坐标系建立和设置的专项研究。
