随着信息技术的发展和我国改革开放进程的加快,经济的全球化和多元化给我国企业带来了发展机遇,同时也带来了挑战。在当前变化莫测的市场经济面前,企业如何紧跟时代的步伐,强化内部管理,发展低碳经济,与全球经济发展相融合成为现代企业实现长远健康持续发展目标的关键所在。如果企业不能根据时代的变化强化内部财务管理,势必会制约其发展。本文首先分析了财务管理的基本概念和对企业的作用,指出当前时期下企业财务管理面临的挑战,提出创新企业财务管理的对策,希望对提高现代企业财务管理水平有所帮助。
With the development of information technology and the acceleration of the process of China’s reform and opening up, the globalization and diversification of economy have brought opportunities for development and challenges for Chinese enterprises. In the current unpredictable market economy, how to keep up with the pace of the times, strengthen internal management, develop a low-carbon economy, and integrate with the global economic development has become the key to realizing the long-term, healthy and sustainable development of modern enterprises. If an enterprise can not strengthen internal financial management according to the changes of the times, it will inevitably restrict its development. This paper first analyzes the basic concepts of financial management and the role of the enterprise, points out the challenges faced by the financial management in the current period and puts forward countermeasures to innovate the financial management of the enterprise, hoping to help improve the modern enterprise’s financial management.
