国际自控联(IFAC)第十一届世界大会于一九八七年七月廿七日至卅一日在法国幕尼黑举行。这次大会正值 IFAC 卅年“大庆”,因此盛况空前。投稿(约稿)高达1150篇,国际程序委员会(IPC)最终选定了583篇,至15个分组宣读。其中美国文章最多,为114篇。苏联、日本、中国次之。我国有36人出席会议。由于这次会议比较强调对社会进步的促进作用,因此应用技术性文章较多,占59%,理论文章仅占32%。另外,控制论与社会科学相结合的文章占9%。
The 11th World Congress of the International Federation of Controlling Federations (IFAC) was held in Monni, France, from July 27th to 27th, 1987. This conference coincided with the “Daqing” of IFAC next year, so it was unprecedented. As many as 1,150 manuscripts (submissions) have been submitted, and the International Program Committee (IPC) has finally selected 583 articles and read them in 15 groups. The largest number of articles in the United States was 114. The Soviet Union, Japan, and China are the second. Thirty-six people from our country attended the meeting. As this meeting emphasized the promotion of social progress, there were more technical articles, accounting for 59%, and theoretical articles only accounted for 32%. In addition, 9% of articles combined with cybernetics and social sciences.
