随着山区大跨桥梁建设的发展,钢桁加劲梁的应用越来越广。控制钢桁梁节段拼装时产生的初始安装应力大小,具有实际的工程意义。该文针对镇胜高速北盘江大桥的钢桁加劲梁现场拼装施工,进行了初始安装应力控制技术研究,结合拼装过程中应力监测,通过严格控制拼装变形大小的方法,有效控制了节段初始安装应力,取得了良好的工程效果。
With the development of large-span mountain bridge construction, the application of steel truss stiffening girder is more and more widely. It is of practical engineering significance to control the initial installation stress generated when the steel truss segments are assembled. In this paper, the construction of the steel truss stiffening beam of Beisanjiang Bridge in Zhen-Sheng Expressway was assembled on site and the initial installation stress control technology was studied.
