目的:建立十五味乳病合剂中芍药苷含量测定的高效液相色谱方法。方法:色谱柱为Waters Xttera C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),甲醇-0.5%醋酸(23∶77),流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为230nm,柱温:30℃。结果:在8.16~130.56mg.L-1范围内,芍药苷的进样量与吸收峰积分值呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 5,加样回收率为98.50%,RSD为1.11%(n=9)。结论:此法简便、专属性强、重复性好,结果可靠,可用于十五味乳病合剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Shi Wu Wei Lutang Mixture. Methods: The column was Waters Xttera C18 (4.6mm × 250mm, 5μm), methanol-0.5% acetic acid (23:77) at a flow rate of 1.0mL.min-1. The detection wavelength was 230nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results: In the range of 8.16-130.56 mg.L-1, there was a good linear relationship between the injection amount of paeoniflorin and the integral value of absorption peak, r = 0.999 5, recovery rate of sample was 98.50%, RSD was 1.11% (n = 9). Conclusion: This method is simple, specific, reproducible, and reliable, and can be used for the quality control of Shi Wu Wei milk disease mixture.
