The existence of an art museum helps to build a long road to cultural identity. To accomplish this task, art museums should now recognize its role as spokesman. This means that museums will always act as the key authority in the identification of artistic works as having a stable meaning. In other words, at exhibitions, the meaning of works of art is more important than the high amount of cultural allocations, and in this way they are understood as a whole or a meaningful collection. Against this background, the collections held by the Mexican Ministry of Finance and Public Credit met their goals, most of which were included in exhibitions and collections, and the exhibitions and collections formed a collection called the “Ministry of Finance and Public Credit Collection ”(Colecciones de la SHCP) important project, and this is the symbol of artistic heritage.
