[目的]了解大连市医疗卫生机构病原微生物实验室生物安全管理现状,为卫生行政部门提供决策依据。[方法]2011年11月对大连市医疗机构、疾病预防控制机构共80家病原微生物实验室进行现场调查。[结果]各级医疗卫生机构的生物安全备案情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),85.00%的实验室布局、结构和流程相对合理,82.50%的实验室配备了生物安全防护设施和设备,100.00%的实验室建立了生物安全管理规章制度,100.00%的实验室制订了SOP文件,96.25%的实验室对所从事的工作进行了危害评估,93.75%的实验室对工作人员进行了生物安全相关知识的培训,91.25%的实验室有规范的生物危险标识,93.75%的实验室相关记录完整规范,97.50%的实验室废弃物处理符合国家相关法律、法规和标准的要求,100.00%的实验室菌(毒)种的管理符合要求。[结论]我市已逐步建立起生物安全管理体系,取得了可喜的成绩。
[Objective] To understand the status quo of bio-safety management in pathogenic microorganism laboratory of medical and health institutions in Dalian and to provide decision-making basis for health administrative departments. [Method] In November 2011, a field investigation was conducted on 80 pathogenic microorganism laboratories in medical institutions and disease prevention and control institutions in Dalian. [Results] There were significant differences in the biosafety record of medical and health institutions at all levels (P <0.05), 85.00% of the laboratory layout, structure and process were relatively reasonable, 82.50% of the laboratories equipped with biosafety protection facilities and equipment , 100.00% of the laboratories established biosafety regulations, 100% of the laboratories developed SOPs, 96.25% of the laboratories carried out hazard assessments of their work, and 93.75% of the labs performed biological 91.25% of the laboratories have standardized biological hazard identification, 93.75% of the laboratory-related records integrity norms, 97.50% of the laboratory waste treatment in line with relevant national laws, regulations and standards, 100.00% of the Laboratory bacteria (poison) species management to meet the requirements. [Conclusion] The city has gradually established a biosafety management system and made gratifying achievements.
