目的分析静脉药物配置中心(PIVAS)在规范医嘱及合理用药方面的作用。方法将PIVAS建立之初的16,213组医嘱作为A组,运行一个月后的20,685组作为B组,进行比较。结果与A组相比,B组的不规范、不合格医嘱数明显下降,P<0.01。结论PIVAS确实可以起到提升临床药师能力,促进合理用药的作用。
Objective To analyze the role of PIVAS in regulating medical advice and rational drug use. Methods A total of 16,213 orders from the beginning of PIVAS were set as group A and 20,685 after one month of operation as group B for comparison. Results Compared with group A, the number of non-standard and unqualified orders in group B decreased significantly (P <0.01). Conclusion PIVAS can indeed enhance the ability of clinical pharmacists and promote the rational use of drugs.
