目的:针对西药临床合理用药的安全性和管理措施进行研究分析。方法:随机抽取本院2015年1月~2016年1月这一期间未实施管理措施的80例西药处方作为本次的对照组,另外随机抽取本院2015年1月~2016年1月这一期间,实施管理措施后80例西药处方作为本次的观察组,针对两组药物的使用情况进行对比分析,观察其用药的不足实施的监督管理方法。结果:观察组实施管理制度后,其用药方法不当、重复用药、滥用抗生素等指标比例均明显低于对照组,两组对比具有显著性差异,P<0.05,两组联合用药不当指标的对比无显著性差异,P>0.05,在合理用药率的对比中,观察组明显高于对照组,两组对比具有显著性差异,P<0.05。结论:在西药临床的用药当中,医院需要加强对用药的管理,使用药制度更加完善,严格按照说明书给药,从而使患者治疗效果提高的同时,保证患者的用药安全性,使用药对患者身体的负面影响得到降低。
OBJECTIVE: To study and analyze the safety and management measures of clinical rational drug use in western medicine. Methods: 80 western medicine prescriptions that were not administered in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were randomly selected as the control group. Conclusion: Among the clinical medication of western medicine, the hospital needs to strengthen the management of the medication, the system of using the medication is more perfect and the medication is strictly administered according to the instructions so as to improve the therapeutic effect of the patient and ensure the medication safety of the patient. The negative impact is reduced.
