传媒集团报刊自办发行的主要产品是报纸与期刊。发行部门依靠集团的发行网络(各发行站点)面向社会大众推销集团的报刊产品。随着我国的报业竞争主体逐步走向市场,报刊发行在整个集团中的地位也越来越突出。如果说采编是立足之本,广告是经济基础,发行则是维系生存与发展的生命线。现代报业的竞争,从某种意义上讲就是报刊发行的竞争,发行的数量与网络决定了传媒集团广告收入的命脉。传媒集团报刊自办发行的资金管理工作包括发行资金来源,以及资金使用进行计划、控制、监督、考核等工作。良好的资金管理体系能有效控制风险,更能有效提高发行效率和效益。
