目的:观察慢性心衰合并心律失常患者应用厄贝沙坦联合胺碘酮治疗对心功能的影响。方法:选择慢性心衰伴心律失常患者84例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各42例。对照组单用胺碘酮,观察组予以胺碘酮联合厄贝沙坦治疗。比较两组心功能[左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)]、不良反应及临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗后LVEF值高于对照组,LVEDD与LVESD值低于对照组,临床疗效优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,但差
