目的 观察消瘀补天散治疗消化性溃疡的疗效.方法 消化性溃疡患者 1 53例分为 2组 ,治疗组 1 0 4例服用消瘀补天散 ,每次 3g,每日 4次 ;对照组 49例服用丙谷胺 ,每次 0 .5g,每日 2次 ,以纤维胃镜检查进行对照观察.结果 总有效率治疗组 88.5%,对照组 75.5%,2组比较有极显著性差异 ( P“,”Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Xiaoyu Butian Powder on peptic ulcer. Methods One hundred and fifty three patients with peptic ulcer, were randomly divided into two groups. In treatment group (n=104) Xiaoyu Butian Powder of 3 g was taken orally four times per day, and in control group (n=49) proglumide capsule was taken ,with the therapeutic duration of 8 12 w . The fiberoptic gastroscopy and barium meal contrast radiography of upper digestive tract were applied to evaluating the treatment outcome.Results The overall effective rate was much more higher in treatment group (88.5%) than that in control group (75.5%) (P<0.01).Conclusions Xiaoyu Butian Powder can treat effectivly for peptic ulcer.
