2005年11月21日上午,南方电力市场模拟运行启动仪式在广州举行。国家电监会主席柴松岳等共同为“南方电力交易 中心”揭牌。南方电力市场建设将按照“总体设计、分步实施”的原则,分3个阶段实施。第一阶段模拟运行,选择了单机容量 300 MW及以上的14家电厂的39台机组参与竞价。总吝量13．54 GW,占南方区域现有总装机容量的17％。 建立电力市场是推进市场化改革及优化区域资源配置的客观需要,也是建立社会主义市场经济体制的必然选择。厂网
