美国的铣鞋加硬材料—“ITCOLOY”焊条,久享盛名。为了满足我国油井打捞的急需,我们解剖并拭制出了类似的铣鞋加硬材料。由解剖拮果可知:这种加硬材料由破碎的硬质合金颗粒和铜镍焊料两部分组成。在试制过程中,根据我国的资源情况,对这种加硬材料在原料、成分和堆焊工艺上做了较大的改进,在不影响使用性能的情况下,用废合金做原料,大大提高了经济效益。 1981年9月石油部在上海召开的反循坏打捞兰鉴定会上,对这种铣鞋加硬材料做了高度的评价。由于这种材料的试制成功,使石油部的反循环打捞兰得以顺利投产。
