目前国家正在推广使用铝合金模板体系,以提高住宅产品的品质和节能环保社会效益。高层住宅混凝土模板的选型问题关系到整个工程施工的进度、质量、安全、文明施工、环保、成本等目标的控制效果,是工程开工前项目管理前期策划首先要认真研究并尽早确定的一项重要内容。本文结合江山悦府项目的实际情况,分别就其主楼标准层采用传统的木胶合板和铝合金模板体系进行了技术、经济分析,最终得出合理的模板选型方案。该分析方法及分析结果,可为类似工程模板选型参考和施工借鉴。
At present, countries are promoting the use of aluminum alloy template system to improve the quality of residential products and energy saving and social benefits. The selection of high-rise residential concrete form is related to the entire project construction progress, quality, safety, civilized construction, environmental protection, cost and other objectives of the control effect is pre-project management before the project planning must first be carefully studied and identified as soon as possible important content. Based on the actual conditions of Jiangshan Yuefu project, this paper makes technical and economic analysis on the standard layer of the main building using traditional wood plywood and aluminum alloy template system, and ultimately draws a reasonable template selection program. The analysis methods and analysis results can be used for reference for similar engineering template selection and construction.
