随着市场经济的迅猛发展,旅游业也逐步崛起,并使旅游企业这一主体得到了持续性发展。为了调整我国的产业结构、解决民众就业等问题,大力发展旅游企业有着至关重要的现实和战略意义。然而,旅游企业在迅速发展的同时,对于自身的管理还存在不足。若不有效地解决问题,将会影响其未来的发展。因此,笔者在本文中以旅游企业在人力资源管理方面存在的问题为切入点,着重探讨其改进办法。
With the rapid development of the market economy, the tourism industry is also gradually emerging, and the main body of tourism enterprises has been sustained development. In order to adjust the industrial structure of our country and solve the problems of people’s employment, it is of vital importance and significance to vigorously develop tourism enterprises. However, the rapid development of tourism enterprises at the same time, there are still inadequate for their own management. If not effectively solve the problem, will affect its future development. Therefore, in this paper, the author of tourism enterprises in the human resources management problems as the starting point, focusing on ways to improve.
