利用玉米花培后代与常规自交系组配的杂交组合作为接种材料来源,普遍可以提高愈伤组织诱导率,不同基因型的花培后代互配杂交组合其诱导率更高,最高达49.5%;去掉培养基中甘氨酸,分别加入丙氨酸、丝氨酸、L—谷氨酸、L—赖氨酸、L—羟脯氨酸、L—天冬氨酸等均可提高诱导率,几种氨基酸混合添加效果更好,诱导率比对照高2.6倍;玉米花药液体培养比固体和半固体培养的诱导率高,半固体培养产生的愈伤组织质量比液体培养的好,分化率高;以石油助长剂代替6—糠基氨基嘌呤,对玉米愈伤组织的形成有很好的效果。
