一、现状长期来世界各国都是以冲天炉作为熔炼铸铁的传统设备。即使像工业发达的美国、日本、西德等国家,铸铁生产主要还是应用冲天炉。但在冲天炉熔炼过程中要能稳定地获得高温优质铁水,却仍然是一项研究的课题。据日本铸造协会调查资料报导:“铁水质量和出铁水温度难以管理这个问题提得最多,占36%以上。这个问题虽然跟炉壁砖的浸蚀及由此而引起的底焦面的降低有密切关系,但由于无法准确地迅速地把握住炉况。所以措施跟不上。
