研究了Zn-Ni-TiO_2复合镀层的电沉积工艺,讨论了镀液组成及工艺条件对镀层的影响.结果表明,在氯化钾镇液中能获得0.4%~2.1%的二氧化钛固体微粒和1.2%~3.1%的镍的光亮细致复合镀层.镀层钝化膜色泽鲜艳,耐蚀性能是普通镀锌层的2~4倍.
The electrodeposition process of Zn-Ni-TiO 2 composite coating was studied. The influence of bath composition and process conditions on the coating was discussed. The results showed that bright and fine composite coatings of 0.4% ~ 2.1% titanium dioxide solid particles and 1.2% ~ 3.1% nickel were obtained in the potassium chloride solution. Passivation film bright color coating, corrosion resistance is galvanized ordinary 2 to 4 times.
