目的:采用索氏提取法分别提取产自秦巴山区陕西汉中留坝和南郑两地的开口箭根茎中脂溶性成分。方法:经BF3-CH3 OH甲脂化处理后用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MC)分离和鉴定其成分,利用归一化法测定其各个成分的质量分数。结果:从产自秦岭南坡留坝的开口箭根茎中共分离鉴定出29种脂肪酸,主要种类有:正十六烷酸(42.815%),亚油酸(11.386%),反-油酸(6.378%),8,10-二甲氧基-十八烷酸(6.355%),正十八烷酸(4.18%),9,10,12-三甲氧基-十八烷酸(3.724%)等。从产自巴山北坡南郑的开口箭根茎中共鉴定出31种脂肪酸,主要种类有:正十六烷酸(32.404%),亚油酸(10.144%),正二十六烷酸(5.466%),8,10-二甲氧基-十八烷酸(5.418%),反-油酸(4.675%),正十八烷酸(4.664%),9,10,12-三甲氧基-十八烷酸(4.638%),9,11,13-三甲氧基-十八烷酸(4.422%),正二十二烷酸(4.234%)等。结论:秦巴山区产开口箭根茎中有多种重要脂肪酸,具有较高的营养保健价值,具有进一步开发利用的价值。
OBJECTIVE: To extract liposoluble constituents from the rhizomes of the open arrows from Hanzhongyuba and Nanzheng, Shaanxi Province, respectively, by using Soxhlet extraction method. Methods: The constituents were separated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MC) after the methylation of BF3-CH3OH and the mass fraction of each component was determined by normalization method. Results: A total of 29 fatty acids were isolated and identified from the rhizomes of the open darting from the southern slope of Qinling Mountains. The main species were: n-hexadecanoic acid (42.815%), linoleic acid (11.386%) and trans-oleic acid %), 8,10-dimethoxy-octadecanoic acid (6.355%), n-octadecanoic acid (4.18%), 9,10,12-trimethoxy-octadecanoic acid . A total of 31 fatty acids were identified from the rhizomes of Nangzheng from northern slope of Bashan. The main species are: n-hexadecanoic acid (32.404%), linoleic acid (10.144%), n-hexacosanoic acid ), 8,10-dimethoxy-octadecanoic acid (5.418%), trans-oleic acid (4.675%), n-octadecanoic acid Octadecanoic acid (4.638%), 9,11,13-trimethoxy-octadecanoic acid (4.422%), n-behenic acid (4.234%) and the like. Conclusion: There are many important fatty acids in the rootstock of Qinba Mountain, which have high nutritional and health value and have the value of further development and utilization.
