Studied the retailer’s ordering and price decision-making of a perishable fresh product in one cycle. The Weibull distribution with three parameters survival / risk characteristics is introduced into the concept of price turning point. The demand rate depends on the rate of deterioration and the price, and the profit maximization objective function is established. The problem of solving the optimal price is transformed into the Bolza problem with control , Get the best price expression. The influence of price sensitivity and change of price turning point on profit is studied by numerical example. The sensitivity analysis and price elasticity analysis are given further. For fresh products, the selling price is getting lower and lower with the passage of time. Sensitive customers, the volume of sales decreases as the price turning point lags, but price adjustments around 1/2 to 3/5 of the sales phase can help increase profits.
