中国共产党章程是党的理论与实践的结晶,它像一面镜子,集中反映了党革命和建设事业同党的建设发展的状况。建党九十年来,中国共产党党章历史演变与党的发展大致可以分为三个大的阶段:一大至七大党章反映了中国共产党在革命战争洗礼中逐步走向成熟;八大至十一大党章反映了中国共产党对执政党建设规律的艰难探索;十二大至十七大党章反映了执政党建设理论的重大发展。
The charter of the Chinese Communist Party is the result of the party’s theory and practice. It looks like a mirror and reflects in a concentrated manner the situation of Party’s party building and development during the Party’s revolution and construction.
