我国是社会主义国家,所以在建国之后我国一直实行的经济政策都是社会主义经济,随着时代的不断发展和经济全球化程度的不断提高,社会主义经济逐渐显现出越来越多的弊端,所以立足于我国的基本国情,从当时的时代背景下出发,我们党中央适时地提出了市场经济这一发展概念。市场经济在我国实施时间已经很长了,在市场经济的指引下,我国的经济发展速度取得了突飞猛进的进步,我国在国际上的地位也逐渐上升,但是市场经济也凸显了我国现行制度的一些弊端,例如现行的行政许可制度,为了使我们国家的发展更长期更稳定,必须对现行的一些存在弊端的制度进行改革与完善[1]。以现行的行政许可制度为例,本文首先介绍了行政许可制度所存在的问题,然后分析了对行政许可制度进行改革与完善的必要性,最后就如何在市场经济的影响下更好地构建行政许可制度提出了几点建议。
Since China is a socialist country, the economic policies that China has been practicing all after the founding of our nation are all socialist ones. With the constant development of the times and the continuous improvement of the degree of economic globalization, the socialist economy has gradually shown more and more malpractices. Therefore, starting from the basic national conditions of our country and proceeding from the background of the times, our Party Central Committee put forward the concept of a market economy in a timely manner. The market economy has been implemented for a long time in our country. Under the guidance of the market economy, China’s economic growth has made rapid progress. Our country’s status in the world has also gradually risen. However, the market economy has also highlighted some of the existing systems in our country Disadvantages, such as the current system of administrative licensing, must be improved and perfected in order to make our country’s development more stable and longer term. Taking the current system of administrative licensing as an example, this paper first introduces the problems existing in the system of administrative licensing, and then analyzes the necessity of reforming and perfecting the system of administrative licensing. Finally, on how to better construct the administrative system under the influence of the market economy The permit system made a few suggestions.
