党校作为培训领导干部的重要阵地,在培养和造就高素质干部队伍方面就有着很大的责任。当前来讲,基层党校面临着新形势新任务,想要完成大规模培训干部的重任,就需要与时俱进,进一步增强教学的针对性,从而有效提高培训的质量。本文主要分析了基层党校在教学方面存在的问题,并提出了提高基层党校培训质量的对策,希望能够对我市的基层党校干部培训产生积极的意义。 Party schools, as an important front for training leading cadres, have a great responsibility in training and building high-quality cadres. Currently speaking, the grass-roots party schools face the new situation and new tasks. If we want to accomplish the heavy task of training cadres on a large scale, we should keep pace with the times and further enhance the pertinence of teaching so as to effectively improve the quality of training. This article mainly analyzes the existing problems of grass-roots party schools in teaching and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the training quality of the grass-roots party schools.
