平菇以易栽培、周期短、效益高而被人们广为栽培。为了探讨其高产栽培的最佳生理条件,国内外许多学者就温度、光照等因子对平菇的生长发育影响作了较多工作,但对平菇胞外pH 变化规律还未见报道。我们试图对平菇不同生育阶段胞外pH 值变化的监测,来探讨平菇其生理调节机制。材料和方法(一)供试材料菌种为本室保存的佛罗里达侧耳、日本小平菇、S-39、A_(38),侧5和8304六个平菇

In order to explore the best physiological conditions for its high-yielding cultivation, many scholars at home and abroad have done more work on the growth and development of Pleurotus ostreatus due to factors such as temperature and light.
