Recently saw such a news, the Supreme Court of Canada ruled that parents need not be prosecuted for the crime of minor corporal punishment. Anyone who understands foreign laws knows that while abroad, children are nourished by themselves but can not be arbitrarily beaten. If contrary to the provisions of the child or bystanders around themselves to report the case, the police will bluntly put the parents to court, the court will be merciless criminal judgments. Therefore, foreign children enjoy full freedom, from birth to birth, the law began to protect them. This protection even includes the restrictions on their parents. We often see in film and television that children have conflicts with their parents. Parents who want to conquer their children with fists and feet can cause many troubles. Because of the crisis, the child will come up with a killer: alarm! In front of the law and obligation, if parents choose, most parents will not hesitate to choose the former. The law is ruthless, and the obligation is affectionate, except that it is sometimes replaced by impulse. Many parents later regret for their own recklessness, but more fortunate for their wise choice. Canada now legally overthrows the traditional practice of giving parents the right to corporal punishment of their children. The news not only in Canada’s own country, even the surrounding countries such as the United States has also caused no small reaction. Canada parents want to open their children “kill” The answer is of course no. In developed countries where all human rights are above all else, judges are not allowed to make such mistakes. The Canadian judges just respected the reality and made a realistic verdict. This seemingly is for the parents of tolerance, not only harmless to children, on the contrary more to maintain the child’s dignity. First of all, the law punishes parents with corporal punishment
