本文是珠光体和珠光体-铁素体球墨铸铁齿轮弯曲疲劳极限应力σ_(Flim)测定的试验总结。作者根据13对齿轮的寿命试验结果,用最小二乘法求得疲劳曲线方程为σ_F~(3.23726)N=2.941478×10~(11) 同时求得99%可靠度的疲劳曲线方程为: σ_F~(3.23726)N=8.6050375×10~(10) 据此,确定当循环基数N_0=5×10~6次时,其相应的弯曲疲劳极限应力为: 当可靠度为99%时σ_(Flim)=29.4公斤/毫米~2 σ_(Flim)=20.4公斤/毫米~2 上述数值可供设计齿轮时参考。
This paper is a summary of the experimental results of bending fatigue ultimate stress σ_ (Flim) measurement of pearlite and pearlite ferrite ductile iron gear.
