目的了解四川省区域内市售婴幼儿食品中阪崎肠杆菌污染状况,为食品安全预警和预防食源性疾病提供科学依据。方法在四川省区域内采集婴幼儿食品,进行阪崎肠杆菌检测,并对检出菌株运用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)对进行分子分型,以BioNumerics V5.10软件UPGMA方法进行聚类分析。结果在四川省10个市州共采集94份婴幼儿食品样品,检出13株阪崎肠杆菌,通过PFGE分型,共得到10个带型。结论监测结果表明四川省内市售婴幼儿食品中存在一定的阪崎肠杆菌污染,应进一步加大监测力度。
Objective To understand the status of Enterobacter sakazakii contamination in commercially available infants and young children in Sichuan Province and provide a scientific basis for early warning of food safety and prevention of foodborne diseases. Methods Infants and young children food were collected in Sichuan province for Enterobacter sakazakii detection. The strains were identified by PFGE and clustered by UPGMA using BioNumerics V5.10 software . Results A total of 94 baby food samples were collected from 10 cities and prefectures in Sichuan Province. 13 strains of Enterobacter sakazakii were detected and 10 bands were obtained by PFGE typing. Conclusion The monitoring results showed that there was certain Enterobacter sakazakii contamination in infants and young children’s food in Sichuan Province, and the monitoring should be further strengthened.
