通过透射电镜研究大鼠右心耳肌细胞特殊颗粒的超微结构。结果观察到在内质网和高尔基复合体的囊腔内存在颗粒或其致密物质。特殊颗粒(SG)可分为A、B二型,A型颗粒多见,含电子致密颗粒核心;B型少见,为一均匀浅淡的纤维状核心。SG界膜与肌膜紧密接触、融合、裂口释放的胞吐现象。这种现象在横管系统偶被观察到。有些SG界膜部分溶解或完全溶解,形成一种无包膜的电子致密颗粒。本文研究结果为SG的产生与分型、心钠素的多种释放方式提供了某些新的形态学资料。
The ultrastructure of rat right atrial myocytes specific particles were studied by transmission electron microscopy. As a result, particles or dense substances were observed in the cysts of the endoplasmic reticulum and the Golgi complex. Special particles (SG) can be divided into A, B two types, A-type particles more common, with electron dense particle core; B rare, as a uniform light shallow fibrous core. SG membrane and sarcoma in close contact with the fusion, the release of excretory cell exocytosis phenomenon. This phenomenon is observed in the horizontal pipe system. Some of the SG boundary membrane partially dissolves or dissolves completely to form a non-encapsulated electron dense particle. The results of this study are the generation and typing of SG, and some new morphological data are provided by various ways of atrial natriuretic peptide release.
