[目的]研究E-钙黏附蛋白、β-链蛋白及表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)在胆管内癌中的表达及其意义.[方法]利用免疫组织化学法检测3种蛋白质在42例胆管内癌组织中的表达,并分析其与临床、病理因素的相关性.[结果]在胆管内癌中,E-钙黏附蛋白及β-链蛋白在细胞膜中的表达减少率分别为71.4%,88.1%,β-链蛋白在细胞核中的表达率为16.7%,EGFR高表达率为71.4%.E-钙黏附蛋白在癌细胞膜中表达在分化程度(P=0.002)、β-链蛋白在癌细胞核的表达在侵袭深度(P=0.038)、EGFR在癌细胞中表达在周围神经浸润(P=0.041)方面差异均有统计学意义.E-钙黏附蛋白与β-链蛋白在癌细胞膜中表达水平之间有相关性.[结论]E-钙黏附蛋白、β-链蛋白及EGFR的表达与胆管内癌的发展有一定的关系,可做为判断预后的参考指标.
[Objective] To study the expression and significance of E-cadherin, β-catenin and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) in cholangiocarcinoma. [Methods] To detect 3 proteins in 42 cases of bile duct by immunohistochemistry Expression in the endocarcinoma tissue and analysis of its correlation with clinical and pathological factors. [Results] In intrabiliary carcinoma, the reduction rate of E-cadherin and β-catenin expression in the cell membrane was 71.4%, respectively. 88.1%, the expression rate of β-catenin in the nucleus was 16.7%, and the high expression rate of EGFR was 71.4%. E-cadherin was expressed in the cancer cell membrane at the degree of differentiation (P=0.002), β-catenin in the carcinoma The expression of nucleus was statistically significant in invasion depth (P=0.038) and EGFR expression in peripheral nerve infiltration in cancer cells (P=0.041). E-cadherin and β-catenin were expressed in cancer cell membranes. There is a correlation between the levels. [Conclusion] The expression of E-cadherin, β-catenin and EGFR has a certain relationship with the development of intraductal bile duct cancer, and can be used as a reference index for predicting prognosis.
