自我国提出“一带一路”战略后,中国企业走出去又掀起了新的一波高潮。其中,中央企业和国有企业作为走出去的主力军,在国际经济及对外投资中发挥着重要作用。但国有企业在国际竞争和海外投资过程中存在竞争力不足,应对风险能力不高,经营策略不明晰,资源浪费等一系列问题。本文从国有企业在海外经营出现的问题入手,引入重点企业案例简析,参考国企改革及国家经济策略变革进行理论分析,进而提出应对类似问题的改进措施。
Since our country put forward the “Belt and Road” strategy, the Chinese enterprises have set off a new upsurge of going global. Among them, central enterprises and state-owned enterprises, as the main force going out, play an important role in the international economy and foreign investment. However, state-owned enterprises have a lack of competitiveness in the process of international competition and overseas investment and deal with a series of problems such as low risk ability, unclear business strategy and waste of resources. This article starts with the problems that state-owned enterprises operate overseas, introduces the analysis of key enterprises, makes theoretical analysis with reference to the reform of state-owned enterprises and the change of national economic strategy, and then proposes the improvement measures to deal with similar problems.
