比较了中华乌塘鳢野生和养殖群体血清中雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)、孕酮(P)和皮质醇含量以及卵巢、精巢和贮精囊中17α羟孕酮(17αP)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)和前列腺素F2α(PGF2α)含量的差异.测定结果表明,雄性野生中华乌塘鳢群体血清中E2、T和P的含量均显著高于雄性养殖群体(P<0.01),但两者的皮质醇含量差异不显著(P>0.05);雌性中华乌塘鳢血清中E2、T、P和皮质醇的含量在野生和养殖群体之间的差异均不显著(P>0.05).野生群体卵巢中的17αP、PGE2和PGF2α含量均极显著高于养殖群体(P<0.01);野生群体精巢中的PGE2和PGF2α含量也显著高于养殖群体(P<0.05),但17αP含量则显著低于养殖群体(P<0.05).野生群体贮精囊PGE2含量显著高于养殖群体(P<0.05),17αP含量则显著低于养殖群体(P<0.05),PGF2α含量两者没有差异(P>0.05).中华乌塘鳢雌性养殖群体血清中E2和T的含量随性腺发育而变化.
The levels of estradiol (E2), testosterone (T), progesterone (P) and cortisol in sera of wild and cultured O. chinensis populations were compared with those of 17αP and 17αP in ovaries, testes and seminal vesicles (PGE2) and prostaglandin F2alpha (PGF2alpha) contents in the male Wistar rats.The results showed that the contents of E2, T and P in the serum of the male Wistar rats were significantly higher than those of the male breeding group (P <0.01) There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The contents of E2, T, P and cortisol in the serums of the females were not significantly different between wild and cultured groups (P> 0.05). The contents of 17αP, PGE2 and PGF2α in ovaries of wild population were significantly higher than that of cultured population (P <0.01). The content of PGE2 and PGF2α in testis of wild population was also significantly higher than that of cultured population (P <0.05), but the content of 17αP was significant (P <0.05), while the content of 17αP was significantly lower than that of the cultured population (P <0.05), while the content of PGF2α did not differ between the two groups (P> 0.05) .The content of E2 and T in the serum of female breeding population of O. chinensis varied with gonadal development.
